After ordering, our team will inspect the order, prepare and package your items before handing them over to our trusted courier for delivery to your address.

Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes, we process international credit cards through secure payment gateway
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
all sales taxes are already included in the displayed price, no additional tax is paid to us.
However, your country may charge you tax/toll or handling fees.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay ?

Returns
What is the Return Policy?
You have the option to return any product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
For a successful return, please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and packaging.
*PRE-OWNED GOODS NEED TO REMAIN IN THE CONDITION BOUGHT FROM US.
Damaged or worn products cannot be processed for return. We offer free returns on all our products.

What is the warranty period?
All our products have at least 1 Years Warranty period from the date of purchase.
To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the Contact - Get In Touch,In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.
What does the warranty cover ?
The warranty covers all manufacturer defects. Wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
Do all if the products have warranty ?
Yes, all our products are covered by 1 year warranty.
